Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or other countries at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in North York, Ontario. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping options and rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postal code and the weight of your order. We compare Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar and UniUni and automatically give you the lowest available rate.
– Standard Shipping: our most economical option.
– Express Shipping: a faster service, available for most addresses.
Free shipping
Orders of $400 or more (before tax, after discounts) get free Standard Shipping anywhere we ship in Canada. Free shipping applies to orders up to 50 lb. Heavier orders are charged the regular shipping rate. Express Shipping is always charged.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Most Standard deliveries within Ontario and Quebec arrive in about 1–4 business days, and in about 3–8 business days to the rest of Canada. Express is usually faster. These are estimates, not guarantees, and remote areas can take longer.
Large or heavy orders
Orders over 150 lb can’t be shipped through our online checkout. Please contact us for a quote.
Hazardous materials
Some products, such as aerosols and flammable liquids, are regulated as dangerous goods. They may only ship by ground service, which can take longer and may not be available to every address.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If tracking shows no movement for several business days, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
